We bought online, and a few hours later realized we entered the wrong delivery address. We requested a delivery change, but was denied since the order had been pulled. I see the shipping documents were created, but the unit had not actually shipped yet. It could have been addressed. We followed with several phone calls to an automated answering machine, to have the call end without speaking to an individual and no resolve. The result is the unit we bought for our grandson in Montana shipped to our address in Virginia. The cost to ship it from here to there is $150. We ended up buying another one from A DIFFERENT source to ship to Montana in time for his birthday. We are trying to sell the unit we bought from you online at a loss to try to recoup as much of our loss as possible. Thank You for being attentive and caring about your customer’s satisfaction. We see no reason to buy from you again, and will post further negative reviews through Amazon.

I ordered this kitchen 2 weeks ahead of time for my daughters birthday present. I had received notification that it had shipped but no tracking information was ever updated. I waited until the date it said it would be delivered by, 2 weeks later and it still never showed up. Called to see what the deal was and apparently it was backordered with no warning to me. That is very upsetting as this was supposed to be my daughters birthday present and now I will have to go and get her something else, when this is what she wanted.

Great Play Kitchen. Our Grandson is 22 months and plays with one at Day Care. He ran over to the kitchen immediately. The features are exactly what we want him to have available. As a 22 month old, he was able to understand what each area of the kitchen ie. sink, stove micro etc. He loves it. Assembly was easy. Several recommendations. 1. the sink will be better if attached. A simple fix would be some 3M two-way tape. 2. The pull out shelves should have a stop 3. The screw heads that are exposed should have a cap. These are small recommendations and wouldn’t stop us from recommending the play kitchen to someone else.

This pretend play set has everything I would look for in a modern kitchen and I am impressed with the attention to detail that when into designing and building it. Each appliance and its controls look very real and my little Masterchef has figured them all out in no time! My 4-year old granddaughter likes to write her instructions and reminders on the beautiful chalkboard and also uses it to conduct cooking classes for her mom and me. We assembled this set faster than I expected and full credit goes to the detailed instructions and the quality of workmanship.

One thing I wish I’d known or realised sooner was how long it takes to put together. The instructions recommend setting aside 2-3 hours, and I took 3 hours to complete. I Love the design of this product. It looks great & matches the theme of our kitchen. We originally bought this item because our son wouldn’t stay out of our kitchen cabinets. Purchasing this item didn’t necessarily deter him from the cabinets, but it does give him an entertainment option while we cook or clean the kitchen. Also, he bangs on it at times, almost as if it’s a work bench lol, but doing so hasn’t ruined the item. Oh last thing, we hiredsomeone to put it together after reading reviews, and I will tell you that I’m so glad we did. The 2 men putting it together took about 2.5 to 3 hours. I’d pay it again in a heartbeat, as they said it was tedious work. GREAT PRODUCT though!

Recueved as a gift. Faucet was broken and had to be glued back on, then the knobs. It is utter cheap trash. A knockoff of a far superior product. Now after bringing it back out for my son to play with (kept covered in garage), in California. So cold isn’t the issue, the two front burners broke off. No amount of super glue could fix this mess. Wish we could have just returned it. Can’t get replacements because there is no number for the manufacturer and their website has been down for months.

Save your money!!! Quality of this item is cheap. I love how they state not to comment on service, which is horrible, shipping, which you will NOT get by the date you are expecting so if you want it by a certain time like a holiday or birthday find another company and items that’s are damaged, haha you will probably get damaged items in your package and then when you contact them they will send you replacements but most Likely not all if them. Here’s the kicker the replacements will come damaged. But don’t assume that makes it ok to put it together because when you do your stuck with a damaged kitchenette because you put it together because you assumed as a business they would send you a replacement that was not damaged..
