So uncomfortable, hard as a rock, our cats tried it and never went back, I don’t blame them! Think twice about ordering from this company – they do not offer returns, and this item was $62 but $80 to ship back, so I am stuck with this useless POS. I guess I’ll donate it to a cat rescue place.
