Okay so i had an issue the this stool. Nothing big just an issue with the first step. I probably could of fixed it but I thought let me reach out to the company to see if maybe they could just send me a step. I only had it like a week or so. They responded that same day that they were working on it. Then they decided to send me a new stool at no charge. Wow, I was like wow. I asked if I needed to send the broke Stool back and they said no, just dispose at your convenience. Nice resolution. I used to work in customer service and this was pretty good. I plan on purchasing more products from then I need. Thanks ojcommerce

I got this step stool for my 3 year old. He”s too young to help at the sink yet. It”s safe and sturdy. We love it so far ! Would give it 5 if the holes of the screws are painted to match the color of the item. Did it myself but still 5 star if that didn”t have to be done

I have taught my son to help me out with quite a few of my chores thanks to this well-designed and safe stool. The grip is excellent and I am not too worried when he rushes on and off the steps. The handle on either side is conveniently designed for him to grip with his little hands and I too find it handy to lift this stool and shift it. The materials used are high grade and this stool balances very sturdily and safely on the floor. I am impressed with this step-up stool.

Works the best for our requirements! Our little one needed a safe way to ”bell”s in the kitchen. Also helps to step up and wash his hands. It”s nice that it”s not as gigantic as some other helpers. Bonus I get to easily get and put things away on our upper shelf!

My grandson sometimes runs in and almost pushes his way up this stool and it continues to hold firm. The steps have a good grip and look safe. This lightweight stool makes it a breeze for his mom to move it around. When he gets happily busy with his “chores” from his perch, she looks relieved!
