Love the product, but one wooden door side is delaminating. It’s a quick fix if OJCommerce would send me a door, but they never replied to my email with regards to the product falling apart.

Above and beyond customer service something you rarely see these days. The product came early and was easy enough to set up. My daughter absolutely loves it. Not as bulky as I thought it would be and very easy to move around the kitchen. Would recommend.

This product looked great. We were so excited to get it and it was sturdy made of wood. We were super disappointed that after about a month screw started to fall out and the joints began to fall apart. We tried to fix it and put the screw back in but the wood was stripped and screws would not hold. Needless to say, it is now trash. Which is a shame that we paid $150 for it and it only lasted 2 months.

This unit is very spacious and gives him space to move around when he is on it. He finds the half-moon shaped foot hole very convenient to climb. This unit is very sturdy and well-built.

Do not buy this product. It is delaminating after just a few months of use. Customer service was conrtacted with no response. Filed a complaint with the BBB to no avail. The wood siding that is delaminating is sharp and poses a risk to our daughter of getting cut. In looking at the other sides it appears it won’t be long before they too delaminate.

I find this unit very light and am able to conveniently move it around to different positions around our counter where my son is able to join me to give a “helping hand”. He now takes care of washing his spoons, bowls and plates and also knows to make dough! The high quality of wood and high-grade build of this unit are very impressive.

This item serves the purpose overall. However, one foldable edge is bending even after latching, possibly because the edge was cut longer than required so a manufacturing defect. Also atleast one of the nails already fixed to the unit was rusted on arrival. Additionally, the folding gate did not fix properly. Additionally, the gate can be easily opened by little when inside the unit risking fall. Also, while I like the product overall, the quality is not as expected. Would have also be great to get height adjustment. We just installed the unit today so we will have to use this for a bit to evaluate how much we love the product, so far my daughter loves going in and out of the unit.

This item is great for toddlers to be in the same area as a grown-up and be engaged in an activity that is supervised. The Kids Helper can be folded up and put away or easily transported to a different location. It is sturdy and the area for the child is big enough that they can sit down on the “floor” of the Helper. The outer walls are designed with cute cutouts that act as hand holds for the child or can be used by a grown-up to move the Kid Helper to another area. We bought this for our grand

My daughter is a busy body and I am happy to have her join me at the counter and pursue her interests while helping me out with my chores. This helper is at the perfect height for her to reach around and access everything around the table and the build is very sturdy. The steps have a high-quality finish and their anti-skid finish enhances her safety even with an occasional water spill. The good-quality and light materials used are durable and I can easily shift this stool or carry it to other rooms with minimal effort.

We ordered a Naomi Home – Kids I’m a Big Helper, Counter Stool for our son for Christmas. He loves to help in the kitchen. We were extremely disappointed when we opened the box on Christmas Eve and found a chipped, falling apart product. There are several gouges out of the wood, Paint is missing in areas and the preassembled pieces were broken apart with their screw holes stripped making it impossible to assemble! After 4 hours, whole filler and wood glue my husband finally got it together so we had some thing to present to our son on Christmas morning but we are I hopeful about its long term endurance. Overall very disappointing!

I never heard of this website so when i googled reviews they were not the best but i took a chance and im so glad I did, It came in like a week and was pretty easy installation, my daughter loves it. great buy. I ordered espresso color and was scared it would come in like a ugly brown but its a nice dark brown almost black like in the picture. and you can adjust the height with some screws.

She also loves to “help me” wash our veggies and other items. This adjustable unit has grown with her and I am glad to see that she is now instructing her big brother on the right things to do!

Their website shows that they have stock, but they don’t. I ordered this stool on December 5th while it was supposedly in stock. I called today and they told me it will not be in stock until Dec. 29! I told them that their website shows they have full stock and the representative just said that it needs to be updated, yet it has been showing In Stock for a while now. I cancelled my order. I can’t give my money to businesses that mislead their customers.

We decided to give it a chance, but it slowly started to fall apart. All of the screws fell on the floor and my son would find them. We bought this in June 2020, and yesterday the entire panel fell off. We are unable to use this because it is about to completely fall apart and when my son leaned slightly on the side while standing in it he almost fell to the floor. This should not be happening after just four months. Our friends have a different brand and it is completely sturdy. The company will unfortunately not replace or help in anyway due to being pat the return date. I would consider a different brand.

Bought this item for our 18 month old daughter. It arrived with several screws missing from the hinges and many others ready to fall out. I don’t know if they ran out of the correct screw in the factory and they found a box of these laying around, but they are clearly not right. Kids are rough on stuff, so knowing that I would not recommend this item. OJ Commerce was very understanding and refunded me for the item.

Very poor quality. After just a few months this started to fall apart. The screws are all over the floor and side panel fell off. The company will not help because we are pst the return date. I would highly consider another more reputable brand and especially company.

Do not buy this. It is unsafe and horribly built. It uses 11 different hinges attached with 4 screws each. All 44 screws were stripped out and halfway backed out when it arrived. I had to completely rebuild the stool and repack all the screw holes with filler and wood glue. Even then, I do not have faith that it will not simply fall apart. The paint also scrapes off with a light scratch of a finger nail. I cannot trust this product to keep my child safe or withstand anything other than mild use. Go elsewhere.
