The bed has therapeutic head massage function which only actuates the head part of the bed and a foot massage. The head message and foot massage can be activated individually as well as simultaneously. Choose from 3 different intensity levels. The bed has motors and vibrators that provide the massage function. The intensity can be adjusted using a remote control.

How thick the mattress can be depends on lot of factors such as weight and material of the mattress. Mattresses up to 12″ can be used comfortably. However, we recommend that you reach out to the mattress manufacturer as well to make sure your mattress will fit and is made for adjustable beds. The top of the bed is 16″ high. A mattress that can be deformed as the bed moves will work best. A memory foam mattress might work, however the increased thickness of the mattress may slow down/hinder the motion. We can adjust the head and the foot parts separately. It has a pre-set zero gravity function. When fully inclined, the head is 70°, the foot is 40°, the massage depends on vibration, and the duration is controlled by the remote controller. The legs do not move in this product, only the base above the legs moves. No provision for extenders to additional height. Height of the legs is about 9 inches. The height cannot be adjusted. Adding suitable bed risers to the legs may work. The bed and its actuators are designed to be adjusted with remote. The base will work with a mattress that can deform and retain its shape as the bed base moves. The bed is generally designed to be as quiet as possible, but the amount of noise produced depends on the environment. For example, the bed may be noisier on a hard wood flooring compared to carpet.

The USB port should work with any standard phone USB 2.0 charger cable. Headboard cannot be attached. Not recommended for use without its legs. We recommend to not use box spring. Made in China.
