SCAM ARTISTS! My item was not delivered on time. When I called to ask about they could not tell me where the order was. I had to run out and buy an expensive bed. The item decided to show up 2 weeks after I ordered it, so it was not needed. The company charged me shipping and a restocking fee when it was there mistake and neglect that caused 3 foster children displaced from their homes to be left without temergency sleeping arrangements. The company representative is refusing to refund my full amount. They are the worst company to deal with, buy elsewhere.

Purchased 3 twin XL Ideal Bed frame 14″ Set up 2 of them after the 3rd night of sleeping on them at 4:00am one of the bed frames broke and smashed to the floor. You can imagine being woken up like that! The welds broke and the middle support bar broke completely off the rest of the frame. A 2oo pound person was sleeping on the bed. The company says the are rated to 600 pounds. I checked the other one and one of the welds was incomplete only one side of the metal bar was welded to the frame. I called and wanted a complete refund for all 3 of the frames but I was told that the broken one would be refunded, which it was but for the other 2 it was my responsibility to pay for return shipping and they have to be in their original boxes. I told them I already discarded 2 of the boxes. I checked and the cheapest price to return them was $50.00 per frame plus a 20% restocking fee!! I will never ever purchase anything from this company again. I will tell all my family and friends about this too!
