It was the perfect peice for her room allowing her to grow with something that she can continue to use throughout the rest of her growing. The Mirror was heavy and sturdy. The beveled edge gives it a great look finishing the look with the natual frame color. The natural frame color is more like a drift wood color, it is just like the what the picture shows. I would have named the color drift wood instead. But the price was very reasonable and I would recommend ojcommerace to any one. The shipping was not updated when I went to track the package, but man! It was here in like a week, delivered on a Sunday even. Very cool! I am very happy with our purchase. Ordered this mirror on 6/27/20 and was advised that it was in stock and would be delivered On 7/10/20. When it did not arrive, I contacted the company and was advised by email that a manager would call me. I never received a telephone call. Instead, they issued a new shipment date of today, 7/17/20. I have now been advised.by fed ex that the mirror is damaged and they will be returning it to ojcommerce in lieu of delivering it. Ojcommerce refuses to ship a replacement on an expedited fashion despite the extreme delay in fulfilling my order and now indicates it will take 2-5 days for my refund. I would strongly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from this company.

I originally bought this mirror in natural wood and was SO excited and 3 days after my purchase I recieved an email saying I canceled the order. I freaked out thinking I was hacked or some mistake was made so I contacted the company immediately. When I finally heard back from them it was a short almost rude email saying we are out of stock and its sold out. Nothing more. So I decided I’d purchase the white one. After a week and a half of not hearing anything about shipping date or anything I contacted them and recieved a generic message about it was on backorder, which is completely fine but just not sure why I had to reach out to them? Maybe I’m just asking too much and wanting friendly non auto generated emails that have some care to them. Oh well. That’s my story. The mirror is big like i was hoping, when they finally shipped it shipping was quick. It is a little fun house mirror though. Mine happens to make you look thinner so I call it my Harry Potter Mirror of Erised because it’s how I’m hoping I look when I lose about 10lbs ha. If you’re quite far away from it and look into though you are all out of whack with either a tiny head and long body or vise versa. I wouldnt order from here again simply because customer service means a lot to me.

It arrived bowed in the middle so it would not lie flat on the wall and the dimensions on the website are not correct. I have requested a full refund from the vendor.
