Easy Assembly, lots of storage, beautiful piece of furniture

I see my original and bit nicer review wasn’t even posted. This sofa was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. Is this just for staging because 2 months and its already broken. Just by using it! The wood kept cracking with every seat we take. I can’t even push on the bed back under because of the broken bar. Waste of money!

My boyfriend and I just got this couch and we love it so much. We got the cream/velvet and it looks so good in our nyc living room. We originally wanted the Friheten couch from ikea ($700) and the beige was sold out everywhere. We found a similar one from Bob’s furniture called the playroom ($800), which we saw in person and loved as well, however it was out of stock for 4-6 weeks. We ordered this one even though we thought it would be a tad too small. We took the chance and it came in less than two weeks! It was super easy to assemble as it was pretty much assembled already (not like ikea where you have to build it piece by piece) AND it was actually the perfect size for our living room!

Cannot rate how comfortable the Sofa is. Can only rate the service. 7 weeks after purchase the order was suddenly cancelled by OJCommerce with no explanation.

They give you a quote for a delivery date and then they tell you it is not ready. They also failed to mention that assembly is needed. They also give you no shipping information. When I called I was put on hold for two legit hours before talking to someone

Do yourself a favor and DONT BUY THIS COUCH. We have barely had the couch over a few months and it has already ripped along an entire seam just by regular use! We called customer service and they did nothing to fix this issue or help us. $500+ down the drain on a poorly made couch. Save your money and buy from a different company! One that actually has good quality products and stands by their items if there is any issue, unlike this one.

Bought to replace our rv sofa, fits the space wonderfully! Couch fabric is very nice, easy to put together. Storage is huge! Couch for price is wonderful, very firm. Will use for extra sleeping place so topper is a must. We are over 6ft and can lay end to end with out being cramped. If you are looking for something for everyday use and like firm this is for you!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! They will take your money, and push your order back WEEK AFTER WEEK. I ordered this couch on July 23rd, and they told me it would be shipped out August 11th. Then they pushed it back to August 14th-16th. I called in today and now they are saying it wont ship out until September 29th!! That is RIDICULOUS! The money has already been taken from my account and I have to wait 2 months for my couch to ship?? More like two months for them to tell me that they wont be able to ship it out until December 2021. I AM FED UP. This is the WORST website to purchase any item on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!!!!

This sofa has become one of my favorite pieces in my apartment. It’s the perfect size for my small space, and the storage is a great bonus. All the pillows fit perfectly when converted into a bed. I assembled it on my own (although it’s recommended to have two people), and it took a day, but the process was not difficult (note: the instructions have no words, which can be a bit challenging). The L-shape was supposed to go on the left side, but I successfully switched it to the right side. The sofa is very soft with fluffy pillows, and I’d recommend adding a mattress pad for extra comfort when using it as a bed. Overall, it looks beautiful, and I’m happy with the purchase.

The reversibility of the chaise makes it so nothing is permanently attached. Not the back & not the arm. This means it practically falls apart if one wants to scoot it a few inches one way or the other. Also, one of the backs came warped and does not fit straight into it’s grooves. I notice only the measurement of the chaise is listed, so you don’t realise how shallow the normal seats are. The pull out function is really nice and works well enough, but I am concerned about persistently putting weight on the chairs if trying to use the rest of the sofa like the chaise. I am not sure how much weight the hollow space can take, or even what is recommended as a max weight for the unit itself. Is okay, especially for less that $500. Probably not a long-term primary family couch.

I wanted to love this with the hidden storage and the pullout cushion for sleeping. Itnos so hard and feels more like sitting on a rock. I am so disappointed and am already looking for another option

It is a nice sleeper sofa. It was easy to assemble and it was not very heavy. We could easily carry it upstairs to my study with my husband. I had a very good communication with the company, got answers to my questions on time. My husband is worried about the quality of the couch. Overall I am a pleased customer.

Upon receipt we found that this sofa did not meet our expectations. It took only one phone call to be sent a return shipping label. Having to provide original packing materials proved difficult since the original box was badly torn (though no damage to product) and we did end up paying for return shipping (cost was deducted from refund), I do nevertheless appreciate the no-questions-asked-return policy.

I bought this with the intention of having something comfy to lay on with my boyfriend to watch tv. But this couch is hard as a rock! It literally left me in pain after laying on it. I have had to purchase additional 4 inch memory foam to make it tolorable. Plus after laying on it a few weeks, and I add we are both of average weight, the part that pulls out to make additional room, has started to drop so now it is not equal between the main couch and pull out. So again, had to be inventive and place several sheets of cardboard to try and make flat surface to lay on. Also the couch design of put together is very unstable. The arms feel like they are gonna come off main couch as they are only attached by brackets that fit together. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS!!!

I bought this sofa and it comes with two parts, they shipped one part and I received but not the other. The customer service responded that they will send the second part, once I received the second part and assembled it, it turns out be the same part as I received. I contacted the customer service immediately and they won’t ship the correct one but ask me to ship back BOTH part that I already assembled with the ORIGINAL package, which is unreasonable for those large cases. I doubt the professionalism of this brand since the customer will be the person who should be responsible for their mistake. The only thing I want is a complete sofa, now they ask me either to ship it back in the original package or I get a 50% refund for re-assembly fee.

I had read all the reviews before purchasing, ALL missleading. I have called to get assistance to return, customer service tells me we will call you back which they have not. I called again to follow up and they tell me the system is down they can not assist. This is not an everyday sofa to relax and lounge.

Purchased this couch based off of great reviews. It is definitely a kids sized couch. It is poorly made – the arm rests do not line up properly therefore the couch is completely uneven and not usable and cannot be returned since I have already attempted to assemble it. The cushions are very thin and not comfortable and nowhere near deep enough for anyone over 4ft tall. Would not recommend.
