My mirror arrived broken and I have been trying to contact customer service with no success. On hold for 16 minutes, then got hung up on. Called back, it’s been another 10 minutes and still nothing. I also submitted a written customer service form on Friday when it arrived then waited because they are closed on the weekends. So far, I am not happy with this company. If zero starts was an option, that would be what I give it.

Mirror arrived damaged. FedEx deliver knocked on my door, left package at my door and ran to the truck and drove off. From a slight touch of holding the box I heard broken glass. Got the box into my house, continued to hear broken glass and wala! I opened the package and the mirror is broken in each and every way. FedEx even said I signed for the package when I ever even saw the fool that dropped off my package. What a waste of a month of waiting for this mirror.

Mirror is not great quality – there are major gaps along where the mirror frame parts fit together. There’s also a glue or paint mark the mirror came with despite it being covered with protective coverings. I’d like to return the item but I cannot get a response from customer service despite reaching out twice.

I received the mirror quickly and I was surprised to see it was scratched/smudged in four places. I took pictures of the defects and emailed their customer service and I have been giving the run-around. I kindly requested they provide me with a credit to my credit card and they only offered to credit $29.00 which I feel is very low for a mirror with four defects. I purchased this mirror in good faith as a customer. It arrived defective and now their customer service is giving me the run-around. I like the product and want this to be resolved daily and ethically. I am still waiting to hear back from your customer service with an amicable resolution to this issue. DO THE RIGHT THING FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS! I would give them zero stars, but I do like the mirror. I am disappointed in how their customer service is responding during this Covid-19 Pandemic
